Rude and Vague

I obtained an email on my back-door from my nearby neighbor saying I should contact these folks ASAP. They'd named my friend... Who I didnt even understand. The person was really rude informing me I owed this debt and that I could be getting prosecuted easily didn't spend the entire amount right then.
