I obtained a notice today, 2/10, from Capital Management Solutions. It states I owe $591.19, however they are prepared to be satisfied with $177.36. The notice describes a charge card I don't actually remember having. I named the organization, CMS, along with a rude, ridiculous guy responded. Their name is Paul Birch. I mentioned I'd only acquired this notice, didn't remember the card, might they please send me a duplicate of regardless of the costs are that I allegedly gathered. He mentioned they're an assortment company, plus they are likely to gather this debt. He explained I've owed this cash for more than 5 years! He extended to shout, " thats not how they do-it... Easily need a duplicate, I've to place it written down". He held shouting! I silently stated, since I have understand this phone has been documented, clearly, its 5 decades, based on your documents, therefore please send the info required. He was so rude, I requested to talk to a supervisor. He explained, " I'm the supervisor". I expected for that individual over him. Based on him, there's no body. What preparations do I do want to create? I hung-up, really disappointed and furious.
