Rude, Dishonest, Unprofessional

Satisfied with sales employees for 3 months. Noticed some Televisionis I needed to buy simply because they were likely to use a home entertainment system for me personally. Stated to not fear, they'd create records so when we were through using the Geek Team and the things they might suggest, anything could be resolved. Got suggestion that was significantly more than I needed to invest. Removed some things-but was still investing $5K.instantly all prices estimate wouldn't be recognized despite the fact that they certainly were printed and offered costs. I told them they certainly were their costs not mine.informed that since I have modify suggestion they'dnot recognize Television costs and wouldnot discount any equipment bought. I'd invested over $10K together more than 2 year time. After I told them-this was not reasonable, that I really could have purchased Televisionis once they were for sale, they truly did not care, and explained to depart the shop. And about offered costs, they did not worry about that both. Sales Mgrs Joe and Pete were rude, unprofessional and may care less when they dropped a person, that they did. Would not trust them whatsoever.
