Never received the item I paid for on Dec. 10th 2009

I bought a Inuyasha film for my child for Holiday on December 10, and did not obtain it for Holiday, and since that time have sent them repeatedly to possibly get what I taken care of or atleast my money-back! I've just obtained 2 emails back, plus they were similar. They both stated that I'd be approached in 48-hours, and sorry for my wait. I actually donot have a telephone number for them, and that I do not wish to deliver another mail, since itis ineffective! I actually donot understand what else to complete. Anyone else that has had any success together... Could you please give me some suggestions about ways to get your hands on them. I'd truly relish it!
