I purchased a Box Set

When They Cry - TV Series Complete Box Set (Eng Dub) (DVD)
on 12/20 and received a "confirmation" that my order was rec'd/funds were paid for this item as well. I still had not received the item nor any follow up to this order. Went to the website and it no longer exists, I also tried to e-mail the customer service/contact for this site and my e-mail was immediately returned Undeliverable. I was surprised as I had previously used this company with no prior issues til this one and now it turns out that whoevber ran this site has pretty much scammed a bunch of us. I may not have paid a ton of money but none the less I am not only out the money paid but the christmas present for my kid as well. I really do hope that this scammer gets nabbed if only for messing up quite a few Christmas gifts out there!
