I don't remember what I did exactly, but I thought I was going to get help to try to receive a grant

Granthelporder charged me 79.95 twice for what? I didn't receive anything from them to help me in any way to get a grant. This is a rip-off of one of the worst kinds. I've called the number and they want a pin #, which I don't have. If you don't give them the pin #, you can't talk to anyone. I'm going to call my credit card company again and tell them to take the $159.90 off of my credit card or I will change my card. I am getting tired of all the ripoffs there are on the internet.
