I sent my payment in 5 days ahead and now they send me a statement that it was late. I don't belive that it takes 5 days from Fort Worth, Tx to Louisville Ky. This is not my first time that this happened, the first time I thought it must be me not giving it enough time to get there, but now I read where they do this reguarly to everbody I now know they are crooks.

I will be paying off my bill and cancelling my account with them so there will be no next time. When I send the payment in I will also be sending it certified mail return receipt so they can't say they didn't get in time.
