Money Frozen on Prepaid Mango Card

I obtained a moneypak from the buddy and packed it to my Apple prepaid credit card for $122. This is actually the 4th moneypak they've delivered me previously month for many site function I had been assisting them with. I've never had an issue using the moneypak until this time around. It packed only good on Wednesday 8/17.
