Attempted to Collect Pre-bankrutcy debt

My wife (Marianne) filed bankruptcy in October. It was approved with no contributions, on 2/26/09. The three debts we incurred in January at Bert Fish Medical, were prebankruptcy and they were listed as a creditor. We told Bert Fish, then they referred us to BCA. We received bills from BCA, received calls; some abusive from Barbara from BCA. I sent them several lettes, the last 2 to the office of the president, the last certified mail (as no one at BCA would give that information), and I could not find it online. They finally told me by phone that my debt was closed due to bankruptcy. No apology, no restitution and no written response. We were wronged, harassed and they should be fined and make financial restitution. I worked in collections for 33 years, and they broke every rule of proper collection activity that is known.
