Twice within the same week the bank double debitted then added an overdrawn charge

January our bank double debited our account artificially creating an overdraft charge. When we called to question this there was an un informative apology for the "error" and that it would be corrected. This occurred on two different days. We are still waiting for an explanation. Our local bank tellers stated they were given no explanation but that the error was a "statewide glitch".
