Where are the bank regulators? Bank of America is trying to make us, the account holders, payback the loan that President Obama gave them as a bailout, remember? Now they are using under-handed tricks on their costumers.
The Hidden Pending Fee is just one of them.in my case I had a positive balance they claim three pending transaction came in and 1 of them triggered the Fee, BS! My account showed a positive balance and their $35 fee sent my account over.instead of them paying the next two items I expected to come in, they use my balance up by hitting me with a pending fee trick so they could get two more fees out of me!
My friend has Chase and they show the transaction/s in her account, they even show you are about to go under and you can avoid a fee, I've never heard of a Bank charging a fee for pending items not yet posted to your account.
Where are the lawyers are they all sleep, start a sue, there are too many complaints going un-answered, on Bank Of America! They were on their way out before the bailout now by cheating their costumers they paid back the bailout money, bail us out!
