Pending Transaction Fee Triggered Overdraft Fees Despite Positive Balance

Where are the bank regulators? Bank of America is trying to make us, the account holders, payback the loan that President Obama gave them as a bailout, remember? Now they are using under-handed tricks on their customers.
The Hidden Pending Fee is just one of them. In my case I had a positive balance they claim three pending transaction came in and 1 of them triggered the Fee, BS! My account showed a positive balance and their $35 fee sent my account over. Instead of them paying the next two items I expected to come in, they use my balance up by hitting me with a pending fee trick so they could get two more fees out of me!
My friend has Chase and they show the transaction/s in her account, they even show you are about to go under and you can avoid a fee, I've never heard of a Bank charging a fee for pending items not yet posted to your account.
Where are the lawyers are they all sleep, start a sue, there are too many complaints going un-answered, on Bank Of America! They were on their way out before the bailout now by cheating their customers they paid back the bailout money, bail us out!
