Unfair student loan programs

I've been receiving my checks garnished regular. I entered in to a plan with GRC to correct my student loan default. I spend $50.00 additional monthly to GRC to become permitted have my mortgage purchased with a bank, I've compensated this for eight weeks. I've fought to the stage my house is in forclosure. I approached GRC after getting another unpleasant series notice. They explained that I skipped my Dec cost and am no further entitled to their plan. I'd only acquired a notice informing me my mortgage procedure was nearly total. They'd not take a cost from me, they mentioned its too late, it'd to become produced by 1/11/10. Today is 1/13/10. They're a company and that I am saddened the drop employs this kind of organization.
