Holding back checks and late fees

I recently opened a cost account with Talbots. I received my first statement on 12/9/09 and mailed the cost same-day. Per month later they declare that my check "should have gotten dropped within the email" and also have today billed me $31.64 in late fees and financing costs. I named to obtain the costs be eliminated however they declined. I spend all expenses early as well as in complete. I'm totally embarrassed with this specific fraud and you will be processing a with customer companies. Watch out for utilizing their credit balances!!
