I was going to Emmanuel & E Accounting and Tax Consultant for many years. For the first few years it was okay. I always ignored advances he made towards me, but one day he tried to take those advances further but did not succeed. This incident happen in 2006. The following year I decided not to let him file my income taxes. I just wanted to get a copy of my income tax forms that was filed the year before. He refused to give me a copy. I filed a complaint to the BBB; however, the complaint was dismissed because he was not a member of the BBB. He sent in false accusations and tried to make me the bad guy. He stated that I was trying to get money out of him and he also sent in my personal information to the BBB. I never wanted anything from this man. He was very bold to make that statement to the BBB when I could have proved all of his actions toward me.

I wanted to write this report, because I don't want this to happen to anyone else. I should have took this further.By writing this report I have released a lot of frustration. Thanks complaint.
