Unauthorised billing for norton product

I terminated my membership with Norton quite a long time before, and on December 28th they simply deduced $69.00 off my Charge Card. I'm really upset about that. Please is it possible to tackle to obtain this money returned in my experience. The only real info I've is that this quantity 800 720 7898.
