Not receiveing insurance money of mine they have

I'd a home fire happening 4 weeks. The very first check the financial institution published it had been in mine and ex. Ex declined to assist get check cashed. Named lender they explained the paper-work to deliver to obtain it in my own name. Happening a few months each time I contact I obtain a unique account. I"ve spoken to administrators and supervisors. No body really wants to assist. Our insurance provider delivered them my income. Bank of America has my cash and it is declining to provide it in my experience. I've two kids, no home and fireplace damange through the home. Assist.
