Dear Sir

I am an international investor with initially with TD Water House later converted to TD Ameritrade since 2000

Since I opened the account I have never bought or sold equities by calling TD Ameritrade. All transactions always by using the company web site. I have set up very good security system for the password protection etc.

Firstly back in 2007 when I sold my equities at a big loss TD Ameritrade directly deposited 30% of the proceeds approximately $3,000 to IRS without my knowledge as the firm claimed I did not fill up W8BN IRS form. I was not informed of this by TD Ameritrade either by post, e-mail or phone call. I am not able to recover this money from IRS even today after filing a return directly to IRS as TD Ameritrade claimed that it is not their responsibility
Secondly when I was going through shockingly painful Cancer Treatment in 2008 my equities were sold and monies were completey withdrawn to the tune of $10,000 without my knowledge and I came to know about in January by receiving December statement by post.
TD Ameritrade refused to reimburse me or even claim through their insurance as it is claimed I filled up a fradulant IRS W8BN form and faxed to wrong persons.
We live in Bahamas, on examination of information by TD Ameritrade I found:
1) Signatures of self and wife were forged
2) The information filled up by the impersonators such as our e-mails, address and phone numbers incorrect
3) The impersonators how do they know what equities in what order when bought no body knows except me and TD Ameritrade
I have no access even to talk to a senior person in TD Ameritrade except one claims investigator
It is all looking to me A BIG INSIDE JOB AND MY MONIES ARE SWINDLED
I AM A SMALL INDIVIDUAL INVESTOR AND IT IS PAINFUL TO GO THROUGH THIS EXPERIENCE
The SECURITIES & EXCHANGE COMMISSION advised me that I should seek the help of a legal advisor or Orbitrator.

Please advise what options do I have and how should I proceed.
