CIC Credit Monitoring Service
Charged After I had Cancelled Orange

Business & Finance

I had recieved my 'free' credit report. I did realize that there was only a 30 day free trial. I signed up on June 26.

On June 30 I sent them a cancelation e-mail. I thought everything was taken care of however 3 days ago a $79.95 charge appeared on my account.

I called today once I found out who it was from. I spoke with a gentelman who after I told him I was very upset and wanted to cancel he tried to sell on the service again.

In the end he 'canceled' my membership and said I would recive a confirmation with in 48 hours and a full refund in 7-10 buisness day. I have already recived the e-mail so lets hope I also get the money back.
