I have a mortgage with this bank for last6 years, always being on time and current, after I lost my job I requested some help with the payments, even if it was for 6 months until I got back on my feet. I have been dealing with the Modification department for over 6 months, have sent them the documentation required 5 times already, mailed and faxed. Every single time I talk to someone there is some documentation missing or lost (conveniently) and we have to start the process again. Besides having rude customer service representatives, they are always missing documentation and unwilling to help, they keep dragging the process to avoid helping customers.

This is the worst mortgage company in the world stay away from this people.
