Unauthorized debit from my checking / RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Our preliminary auto loan was commenced with Sovereign Bank in 2005 then all a quick this season I obtain a notice declaring that my mortgage was today with Santander Lender? I had been really anxious reading this in the beginning since I'd never heard about them-and they'renot actually located in US. And so I believed, whoa, they've all my own data, SS#, etc. I talked to some Customer Support Repetition on 11/15/09 to stop my EFT strategy since pymts were said to be removed from my acct about the 15th but never arrived before 20th, 22nd or even the 25th! And so I terminated also it was established with "Chanel" the pymts might quit by 12/15/09. Etc 12/18/09 they required $330 from my ck acct, (actually 7 days before Holiday) I required a reimbursement plus they stated"Oh fax in bank record after which Sales may evaluate and you'll be returned no later than 72 hours (3 coach. Times) etc the 4th evening I named plus they stated "oh do not fear it'll be there anyday no" blah, blah. Everytime I named I acquired various solutions from us-aware and RUDE customer support representatives. Therefore after nearly 14 days of NO RETURN I named again and advised them that my acct shouldn't be returned since it was getting away from handle, they stated "oh no concerns, sales never obtained your bank record so that they cannot return you anyways" WHAT!? A lot of BS! Then one day later what goes on... I ACQUIRED THE REIMBURSEMENT?! They create no feeling and have to be documented. I'm changing my auto loan to a different lender TODAY.
