Owing money on an account I do no thave with them

I keep receiving calls from GE Money-Bank stating that I owe them cash on a merchant account that I don't have together... They've named 3x, every time declaring that 'my telephone number is likely to be eliminated type their listing'. I expected to get a mailing address to ensure that I will send them to stop and desist, but I believe I had been provided a phony address I obtained. PO Box 981127

El Paso, Texas 7998-1127...

Can anybody make sure this is actually the ACTUAL tackle to deliver a cease and desist notice to? I don't wish to take some time to create a notice, to just contain it delivered to me
