Unfair fees!

I requested a GE Cash charge card to buy completely new wheels for my vehicle. The marketing mentioned that I'd not be billed pursuits so long as I create the minimal funds prior to the payment dates about the statement of course if I settled the entire stability prior to the promotional termination time of may 16. I create each cost from the payment dates... Directly on time. That one cost was compensated promptly (December. 2007)... The following record (Jan. 2008) actually says that it had been compensated. And so I was surprised once they deliver the Feb declaration, declaring that not just did I not create the January payment, however they additionally billed two late charges of $39. Each (whole of $78). Along with a $29 cost for return check charge. This causes it to be an overall total of $107 in costs that gathered. Not from my mistake. I sent transaction... The cash was in my own bank account. I visited my lender to determine what occurred to that particular check. The financial institution informs me the check never got through. It never visited my lender to be delivered / declined. Why are they getting me $29 to get a return check charge??? Overdue costs of $39... Twice. I was not delayed. They delivered me a declaration stating they got the check. But somehow from obtaining my check... They possibly dropped it... THEIR bank lost it. Or they simply chose to destroy the check... Make-believe I never delivered it in, and began getting me each one of these costs totaling $107. SINCE I HAVE usually make funds promptly, these werenot likely to generate any extra cash from me in fund costs, so that they need to ensure it is up with one of these phony costs. It was not a mistake on my component. They screwed up. Why must I purchase their error.

And So I send them a notice detailing my placement with evidence (copies of my claims)... They deliver me a notice stating they'll not eliminate these costs. The corporation seems really unprofessional and that I wish to settle a formal complaint. I've evidence that I created funds PROMPTLY. I ought to not need to pay for an additional $107 DUE TO THEIR ERROR. Thanks...
