(Representatives) Judy Mailloux & Art Davis Question about where to send "The Cease & Desist" letter to. & Houston & Texas

I have some question's. When I send the "Cease & Desist" letter, return receipt, who signs for it if it's going to a P.O. Box number. Also do I have to send 2 letters, because the envelope has a return address of P.O. Box 4478, Houston TX. 77210-4478. The letter is post marked Houston, TX. But the actual letter says that the Shit Heads of CAMCO are located at P.O. Box 5087, Rockford. Ill. 61125-0087.

On a previous report that I was reading, it stated there is an actual street number of 303 North Main St., but is that in Rockford, Ill.? Do I send 3 letter's. Then I also read that the Company's OWNERS name is JERRY KUBER. Do I address the "Cease & Desist" letter to that person?

Why don't people call them up and F@ (& with their heads like your really going to pay them something, just to tie up their lines? Make up an account number and name, really PISS them off. And make sure you tell them to have a nice day, before you hang up. Have fun on their ACCOUNT.
