Money taken from daughter's account after my account went NSF

This company took money out of my daughter's checking account because she was a co-signer on my checking account. Their reason was that my account was NSF. I questioned them about my overdraft protection account, which had $200.00 of my money in it. They said it was closed out and now I owe them money. Every month they report this inaccurate information to the credit agencies.
