NEW HORIZON FINANCIAL SERVICES and BRANCHISE MEDIA Scammed $30,000 from me and several other indivduals to purchase marketing rights to select US States for their "Guaranteed Home Approval". They would collect an analysis fee up front but never close

International Franchise Group is a company created by Keith Lynch and Bethany Singh who scammed several individuals out of hundreds of thousands. The prior company was New Horizon Financial Services out of Sarasota, FL. They offered certain marketing territories (most territories were different US States), to sell their home approval program they call the "Guaranteed Home Approval". They said they worked with 100's of private investors around the country that would purchase certain real estate properties without regard to credit check or proof of income. This as everything else they told us were lies. They have never closed one single deal.
I was cautious before purchasing and asked Keith Lynch for current territory owners references. They gave me a reference of a lady named Denise whom they said was the agent for the state of Washington. She would only respond by email, but I was delighted when she said she and her husbank made their investment back in under 6 months and were averaging around $5K a month from the business. It turns out this was Bethany Singh, (Keith Lynch's partner in crime), lying and building up the company using an email address of Denise@newhorizonwashington.com. So I trusted what this AKA Bethany Singh was telling me and went ahead with the purchase of the State of Texas for $30,000 in which I wired to Branchise Media, LLC.
They're was always and excuse not to close a deal, and this August they sent out an email saying that they were closing New Horizon Financial down due to current economic conditions. They never had investors backing them at all. All they had was a good scam and hopes they could pack up another money from analysis fees and territories then close up shop. An online report shows Bethany Singh charged with a credit repair scam on their prior business.
Please do not do business with these snakes. I will most likely never see my $30,000 back nor will all the other indivduals that they scammed. Hopefully this will prevent someone from getting burned in their new venture " International Franchise Group" http://intlfranchise.com
