Please stay away from these people. I promise you will be glad you did. I trusted them by purchasing a franchise (New Horizon Financial Services and Brandchise Media, LLC) through them in December. I paid $13,000 and they made promises that they could not deliver. As a result, many other agents along with my self have suffered a tremendous financial loss as well as many of our customers. They have made hundreds of thousands of dollars. Please look up other usacomplaints.com about their other businesses. We are currently working on a class action lawsuit in hopes of getting the agents, and customer's money back. They basically closed their doors and didn't refund anyone their money. Now they have started another company, (International Franchise Group, LLC). They start off being extremely informative and friendly in the beginning while all the time they are scamming money out of you. Please do not be the best victim and report any misdealings to the FBI. They need to be brought to justice. The owners are Keith Lynch and Bethany Singh.
