Collection company calling family

Have overdue dell consideration because of spouse being in building which type of work being sluggish. I talked with this particular collection company yesterday, they stated I had been declining to pay, I stated im not declining I'm temporarily incapable, they needed me to setup check by telephone I stated no I'll submit from the end-of the month then they stated which means you continue to be declining to pay.

Today my buddy in-law who lives 150 miles away named and stated they named his house requesting my spouse saying they'd importand paperwork for him and also to provide him a note. First they've my contact data they didnt have to contact him minute arent they prohibited to request third party to spread a note, I do want to document a where do I begin, It's simply incorrect to contact relatives and buddies.
