This company screwed me out of my appraisal fee. They will do it to you too, that is the only guarantee in the refinance business!!! You will regret even answering the phone when you see these shysters calling. Forget what the BBB says (A), FFG just smooth talks the complaints and they get closed in a month. They only got me for $200, but $200 means alot more to me than it does to them.
