Foundation financial group called our home everyday 3x a day, (should have been a red flag). Our saleperson nick isaac said he could get us approved for a better rate than we currently have. Application process started, paid 350.00 for appraisal who came out the next day. Faxed ffg all the paperwork, Nick said we have to work "fast" Got final approval (so I thought) closing agent came to our house 9-25-08 around 1130PM finsihed signing after 12 am next "business" day. HAD to get it done TODAY< nick told me.

Well our loan was to be disbursed 9-30 & our current 1st mortgage was to be paid off! Apparently when we closed the loan we didn't have "final" approval. I spoke w nick issac on 10-6, will be "taken" care of in 24-48 hours. He hasn't returned my phone calls. Now they are sending out updated papers for a different loan amount & higher rate. It seems as though this coldcallers are paid commission thta's why you get hounded. I wouldn't have believed that something like this could ever happen. They misrepresent themselves, saying their not "broker" but direct lenders.

Please, whatever you do stay away from this company, i have filed complaints with state banking dept, federal trade commission & better business bureau & anybody else that i can. They have put us in a bad financial dilemma & also caused our 1st motge to be 30 days deliquent.in which we were never late on our payments until ffg proceeded to "help" us.
