Bad business experience

After having my Exxonmobile consideration for quite a while, and not creating a late-payment, or being within the restriction, I had been "paid" by an fund cost boost from 11% to 25%. I quickly named to "opt-out" of the boost, which triggered CitiBank to shut my bill. Since my bill is shut, despite the fact that there's a balance due, I've been blocked from taking a look at aged claims on line, contacting customer support, etc. Also, I'd a refund stability on my consideration that was taken back by Citibank. The only real cause I popped this consideration was for that. 15 per-gallon refund from Exxonmobile. I intend to never conduct business with Citibank again.
