Wilshire is a Debt collector service is not in a business to modify loans!!! They will direct you to go to a Forbearance agreement and after your terms agreement is over they will raise your monthly payment again, or they will put you in another Forbearance agreement! Basically they use straggling home owners as ATM machine; or foreclose on home owner and get kick back from investor.

Their service is to represent predatory lender with a collection service, as much as they know how bad you want to stay in the house as much as your payment will increase; also Wilshire will block you from any government program; simply because they will never commission if they let this service ac cour.
