Wilshire made me pay more

I had a arm rate on my home. I got behind. Wilshire decided to do a forbearance with me and stated that i would have to pay a certain amount for 3 months to include lawyer fees and late fees. When the 3 months was up i received a new workout agreement that was the same thing. They told me because of my credit history they needed to do this for 3 more months. They also said they would have to include the property taxes also. I don't understand how a company can do this to a consumer. They see you are trying hard to save your home and they are not trying to help you. I have repeatly tried to contact them to see if i qualified for the Hope for Homewoners program and i only get a recording. Noone has attempted to contact me. As soon as you are late they write you a threating letter saying if your payment is not received in so many days they will be force to return your house back to foreclosure. Can anyone do something about this company. If there is a lawsuit against this company, please include me.
