Poor customer service

Avoid equifax. Truly bad customer support. You'll not get that which you purchase. It got over 2 times simply to put up the consideration. We never got the e-mail alerts and also the customer support representative kept accusing people. Whenever we visited stop the support they kept showing us what we were doing wrong and wouldn't stop it. I wound up engaging in a yelling match using the consultant who kept showing me my support was functioning. I ultimately ended the support and registered with Identity Guard. Do not opt for equifax if you like your cashis value!!
