Pirated my credit report to extort money from me

I went to court with these jerks. They kept calling me and harrassing me for months.
I got tired of the calls and decided to challenge them, and I spent weeks on the internet researching everything I could possibly think of.
But the last day before court I decided to check my credit report. Low and behold I found out these "lawyer wannabes" hacked into my information and pirated my credit information.
Then they committed fraud by stating on their letterhead that Capital One was their client and they wanted to settle with me. I never admitted owing anything.
I went to the court date and the judge let us work out our differences.
I challenged him to prove Capital One was actually their client and the lawyer wannabe could not produce anything with Capital One's signature.
Then I asked for anything with my signature, and he could not produce any of that either.
