Frederick J Hanna - its been a year of back & forth to court finally get a bench trial and this scum tucks there tails and run with voluntary dismissal is there any way that i can sue

I recieved a summons july 29 from gwinnett county sheriff saying i was being sued by north star capital acquisition llc assionee of capital one bank (usa), na i sent them a letter demaning they sened me validation of this dedt about 2 weeks later i recieve a letter stating we recieved your letter your account was originally opened with capital one bank on july 25 and your last payment was received on sept 12 our client has verified that the balance of $5,429.22 to be true, correct and still owing at this time (mine you i have never had a cedit card) this is even more crazy pepole i recieve a letter in jan. Saying amendment to correct misnomer basicly saying we messed up capital one bank is not sueing you wells fargo finacial is (mined you never had a cedit card) to make a long story sort my case was voluntarily dissmissed july 7 and there is a LOT!!! MORE TO THIS please someone help me sue this scum help!!! Henry
