Update

This is an update on Cohen & Slamowitz. After I got my bank account unfrozen I had to appear in court again in December but before I went I sent a certified letter to Cohen & Slamowitz requesting a "Production of Documents" which would have my original signature. They could not produce it and the judge gave them to April 8 to get it. I asked the judge if by April they can't produce it what would happen. He said the case would be dismissed. I am going there tomorrow and I hope this is what happens. If you are really strapped for money (like I am) check out everything on the internet to see what you can do to protect yourself. I requested everything I could think of so I am not going down without a fight. These people are low-lifes who go after people who already have nothing. Don't settle because at the court house these people try to make deals with you before you see the judge. DONT - Take your chances with the judge. Believe me these judges know what these so-called lawyers are. When I went to the court there had to be at least a dozen people Cohen & Slamowitz were going after. All of them except me got scared and made a deal with the devil. I didn't and their lawyer kept pressuring me to settle this debt. I didn't know what to do but I told him I think I will talk to the judge first. He told me "Lady, you can't have your cake and eat it to -DECIDE NOW". Once he told me that I said I'll talk to the judge. The fight is still on and I will see what happens tomorrow.
