As an employee of Bank of America I thought we would have special services as they advertise. Yes I was 57.00 dollars overdrawn by mistake. They proceeded to charge me four 35.00 over draft fees. This is 140.00 of my over time money I worked very hard to earn. I called in to ask for help with just 2 of the fees and they refused. I went into a branch and they refused to help. I called again and talked to a supervisor and he refused to help. Its all about the money... Does not matter who you are.
