Charging a $ 6.00 fee to cash their checks drawn account holders that are suppose to have funds if I put thru my bank my charges $25.00 for DNP checks

Charges $ 6.00 dollars to cash their checks if not a member of their bank, what are they paying their employees to do just stand there, If put thru my account different back I take the chance of reversed fees bwecause check is no go. Why in this economy thios allowed to be done. Banks put us in this environment. All I ma trying to do is pay my bills. The government does not care about their citizens, in case served their country in the Army. Gave myself a chance to survive, lost my house, financially destroyed but the rich get richer, Now I am $6.00 short paying my water bill I hope they do not turn off my water because someone neede to buy a cheeseburger.

Our Government does not care!!!
