Fraudulent business practices

This company is suppose to be a loan broker for people who have bad credit. They told me that I was approved of a loan in the amound of 5,000 dollars but I would have to make the first five payments in the amount of 771.95. I sent them that amount but then they called me back that the lender wanted an additional amoun of 771.95 in order to get the loan. They promised me that I would not have to pay anymore money after that. I called later that afternoon after I sent the additional 771.95 and they told me that the money was sent. The next morning I checked my account and saw that the money did not come so I called them. They wanted more money and was offering a refund but it would take 30 days to get it. I was angry and got a little rude because I think it is riduculous to have to wait 30 days for a refund. They then proceeded to tell me that I was not getting a refund. I think this company is a fraudulent company and that there website be removed from the internet.
