The company called me over the phone and offered to reduce my credit card interest rates significantly. At first I was interested. They already had all of my account info. Before the call ended I changed my mind and said I did not want to do it. They told me that was fine. A week later, my account recieved a debit of $499.00 that I did not authorize. I spoke to the company by email and phone several times and they promised me a refund. They finally sent me one by check through the mail. I deposited it in my account and it was returned NSF and account closed. I no longer recieve any emails or returned calls back from the company.
