Overcharged us unauthorized additional charges

We employed their providers online on December 3rd. They reply a problem you've of course if you're pleased with the reaction, you approve them to cost your charge card a $14 charge. We required info on our dryer heat component, that they did react to in a reasonable fashion. We were pleased with the reaction and did approve the cost of $14. Whenever we looked over our bank record, JustAnswer had really billed people the $14 charge, five differing times, hence creating facility costs etc. We're still awaiting them to get rid of 2 of the costs. Since they're recommended from the Better Business Office, we thought all could be properly. Evidently, we ought to have investigated a bit more since we now have observed they have obtained several grievances about that same problem. Lots of people have now been overcharged by them-and have experienced a hard time finding there cash back. There's no customer support contact Tel# to help you talk to somebody live and thus hopefully they (whoever they're?) will react to us via email easily.
