Keeps charging me overlimit fees

I paid my credit card bill on line on the due date at 12:06pm PST. The next day they charged me a $39.00 late fee because my payment did not post until the following day! Apparently I was 6 minutes late with my payment. So then, after they tacked on the late fee, that put me over the limit, so they charged me a $39.00 overlimit fee. They are robbers! Don't do business with them. Capital one sucks.
