Ripoff. Attempted extortion of financial info

NCO Financial, represented by "Patricia" had incorrectly contacted my Father's residence (not mine), to ask for payment on an already paid Roger's Internet Services account. They unsuccesfully tried to get banking and other information. After being informed of this I contacted their office (Phone Number: 1-800-414-4359) and warned them that these business practices not only put themselves in a bad light, but also give us a low opinion about Americans.
Mr. Kumar returned my call stating they have legitimate business, but I feel they are as legitimate as Mr. Bremer and his puppets over in Baghdad.
I know in my heart that the American people and most American businesses are the best and most respectable anyone could ask for, and are always welcome. All it takes is one, however, to set things off on the wrong track.
Deal with NCO Financial accordingly.
