Almost Got Me! Beware! Ripoff

Like many of the stories before mine, I was contacted via cell phone by Capital Financial offering an unbelievable deal for a credit card. ($200 payment in exchange for 4 $50 coupons 8.9% interest and 1 purchase every 90 days)

Alarms started going off when they mentioned the up-front payment but I did not heed these warnings and continued with the call.

Long story short, they got from me and confirmed all my banking information. Promised the card with the coupons... The whole deal as previously noted by others who were scammed by this company.

Upon hanging up the phone, I searched the name in Google and immediately saw usacomplaints.com. THANK GOD!

I called my bank and closed my checking account immediately. It has been a hassle calling all the legitimate businesses to have my banking information changed and changing my direct deposit at the job but I was willing to take on the extra work in order to NOT be out of the $200.

Please do not do business with these people! Never pay for credit no matter how desperate your situation.
