Wells fargo's sleazy underhanded multi million dollar scam

Why is wells fargo bank allowed to manipulate electronic deposit and withdraw dates in my checking account to underhandedly charge me maximum overdraft fees? Fore instance on 11/23/09 I had $96.00 in my account I spent $49.00 at the gas station, $15.00 at home depot and $19.00 at the super market these electronic debits are manipulated/held back by wells fargo bank.
On 11/25/09 a monthly billed automatic electronic debit was withdrawn immediately to overdraw my account and the electronic debits that were being held back/manipulated from 11/23/09 are deducted after so wells fargo bank can underhandedly charge me four $35.00 overdraft fees. And my direct deposit was sent to them on 11/25/09 electronically and was held/manipulated until 11/27/09 this bank has done this every time on the rare occasions that funds are low in this checking account wells fargo makes it imposable to keep track and a positive balance in my checking account so they can underhandedly make hundreds of dollars from me this is a sleazy scam and needs to be addressed they need to be held responsible and dealt with by the government this scam should be outlawed wells fargo bank is allowed to impose punitive damages on me in there contract and they are not the court of law. I have asked wells fargo to decline all electronic debits if funds are not available but they will not. I want to close my account at wells fargo but all banks pull the same underhanded sleazy scam. Banks made a record $38.5 billion on overdraft fees in 2009.
