RJV Fresh Start took my money, said loan was modified, foreclosed on today

Was told my loan had been modified in may, made the payments all on time. Found out today, 11/30, that my house was foreclosed on 11/25. No notice, or anything. I apparently have no recourse, except my money back guaranty from rjv financial services. Anybody out there know where to find them?
