Emcmortgagecorp.com Unwilling to work with borrowers

We've been attempting to use EMC given that they triggered the flexible section of our mortgage in 2008. They've set us on the handful of various plans, I've settled the quantities they desired about the plans, however they claim we owe hundreds due to the plans. Our home is a lot worse the whole of the first and 2nd mortgage because of the economy dump last drop. They declare that the only real choice available to consumers may be the Barak strategy, but I understand various other mortgage businesses are prepared to use consumers to prevent foreclosure. EMC doesn't. It creates me ponder what they did using the government bailout money. Simply today somebody named stating these were attempting to gather about the 2nd, despite the fact that the cost program funds are present. May they foreclose even when we're present on both mortgages? Why are they reluctant to work well with their consumers? Is it time for you to leave in the home? I'd choose to not, but leads are not great. I am confident we're not the only real types having issues with EMC. Has anybody prevailed together?
