Greendotonline Took my money off of my moneypak and has not credited my account

I purchased a moneypak and went to scratch off the silver strip. Three of the numbers were already scratched off so I called the 1800 number to file a report. They said that it would take 1 business day to research and it was on a Saturday that I called so I proceeded with going through each number 000 - 999. The one number that matched as being valid said that it was already applied on the same date as I bought it. I waited until Tuesday (one business day later) to call and find out the status. They said that the moneypak was already applied to someone else's account. This is a scam. Whoever makes the moneypaks makes it seem like the numbers have already been scratched off and when you report it, it is too late and they have already applied that money to their own account. They told me to fax the receipt and the moneypak to them and I have faxed a total of 7 times and they keep saying they have not received it and that someone will call me back once they have received it. I have called over 10 times within the last week with no progress at all. These people are running scams on sporadic people to make it seem like it is a mistake when really they are doing this on purpose. Stay away from these people and do not support their business for any cause!
