Frank Morgan called me on phone for an application for an loan he told me to go to Rite Aid Pharmacy and purchase agreendot moneypak for 150.00 so I did and he wanted me tscratch it off and read the number off tohim toverify I had money in checking account sowhenIgot back he told me it didn, t go through so I had to go back and get another 150.00 moneypak but he garenteed me the money would not be taking off moneypaks so I checked the balance 2/11 and found out both had 0.00 onthem.
