Bought low-level rock bath holder to be used for handicapped child. When likely to fit holder it had been rocking because of being us-degree, called QSSUPPLIES talked with Mo who required images, i sent photographs & mo decided the holder wasn't level &might talk to supervisor regards reimbursement. I called back 3times Mo explained supervisor Ian stated this may not need occurred before departing factory simply because they might've observed!!! I described the packaging might avoid this being noticable which mo decided, he would talk to ian & phone mon. Mon darren shows me I'd not get a reimbursement since I would installed another holder bought from elsewhere!!! Providing that people needed a bath holder quick & i no further respected the provider & WOULD NOT utilize them again i discover this terrible a shame & embarrassing conduct from the company, customer support officials lack the characteristics necessary for the task they're in.
